The Center Presents: First Impressions

The New Year brings an exciting new visual arts series to the Lyon Gallery! With generous support from the Bartlesville Community Foundation, The Center is launching First Impressions, an Emerging Artist Series—created to spotlight and support emerging visual artists.

Bartlesville is rich with artistic talent, yet opportunities to exhibit in professional spaces can be limited by the high cost of materials and framing. The First Impressions series helps remove those barriers.

Through a grant from the Bartlesville Community Foundation's Allied Arts and Humanities Fund, The Center will select four emerging artists to receive:

$500 stipends AND
Up to $500 in reimbursed, documented expenses

This support makes professional exhibitions more accessible—both for artists and for our community.

We look forward to celebrating these artists with you at The Center—where the arts bring our community together.
